How can I submit a list for a job?
Catapult Data Services can accept almost any type of media and file format. Check out our media and file format sheet.
What is a Merge/Purge?
Merge/Purge is simply the process of taking multiple lists, formatting them so they can be combined and then purging duplicates.
How long does a job take to complete?
For a merge/purge, Catapult Data Services asks for 5 working days. For other types of jobs, the turnaround is less. Even merge/purge jobs typically only take 3-5 days.
What is NCOA and FASTforward?
Both of these services are used to update old addresses to a new address as a result of someone moving. The main difference is that NCOA has over 4 years of historical move data whereas FASTforward has only 1 year of historical move data.
